The UMASS Dartmouth Dormitory is comprised of approximately 455,000 square feet of Elematic Hollowcore Slabs and Solid Wetcast Slabs covering an approximate area of 4,300 square feet.

The design for this 1,200-bed student residence community includes a six 4-story, L-shaped residence halls that form a series of courtyards along a major circulation spine leading to the main campus center. A free-standing, commons building provides communal recreation meeting and mail facilities. In addition, one of the six residence halls includes a food court and a 200-seat dining space.
